■Cancelaciones de eventos
Si un evento para el que compró un Boleto se cancela o pospone, le reembolsaremos el precio de compra solo durante un
período designado de acuerdo con los procedimientos que se notificarán por separado.

Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Tickets

These Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Tickets (“TCS”) are incorporated into the Terms of Service (“TOS”) for this
service. All sales are subject to the additional provisions in the TOS and the Privacy Policy incorporated therein. If
there are any conflicts between the TCS and the TOS, the TOS prevail.

*Payment must be made in one lump-sum. Charges will be based on the date the Ticket was purchased. Settlement dates and
payment processing dates will vary depending on the credit / debit card company.
*You may be charged an exchange rate and/or clerical fee, etc. Please check with your credit / debit card company.
■Special conditions for refunds, etc.
Please note that refunds are only applicable in the following circumstances: (i) when attributable to our intentional
misconduct or gross negligence; or (ii) when you give us the notice of cancellation within 5 business days from the date
of the Ticket purchase; provided, however, that this shall not apply to the Ticket purchase made within 10 business days
or less from the date of the event.
■Event cancellations
If an event for which you purchased a Ticket is cancelled or postponed, we will refund the purchase price only during a
designated period in accordance with the procedures to be notified separately.
We will notify you of such procedures via email to your registered email address.
